Who is it for?

This course is designed for children between the ages of 4 and 7, who have not mastered the complicated skills of reading and writing in their first year of formal school

Reading and writing are the most important skills your child will learn in order to succeed, not only academically, since all subjects they will learn are dependent on their abiity to read and write.based on these skills, but in life. Their success, or lack thereof, at school, will impact on every other aspect of their development These are their foundations, and if they continue to struggle, it will probably lead to confusion frustration and eventually rebellion and a dislike of learning.

The Lessons

The lessons incorporate a thorough assessment to begin with in order to ascertain the student's current level, in order to inform the planning for future lessons. These assessments are maintained and updated after each lesson, to track progress and inform future planning.

All sessions are personalised and tailored to meet the specific needs and learning styles of each individual student.The seesions are an invorporation of reading, writing and phonics, and you will see your childs reading and writing levels soar within a very short time, whilst their confidence and love of learning grows.
